News PostBattle 10, Day 4- Finally over...

WoC have managed to break NiF’s unstoppable winning streak- principally because NiF didn’t actually compete in this battle! Arguably, SF also had a hand in this matter, having gone “all in” in Battle 9, NiF were forced to follow suit; resulting in rumours of bankruptcy. Nevertheless, WoC managed to beat the best of the rest to take home the crown for Battle 10. With a staggering 140,000 troops at their disposal, WoC faced betrayal from allies TGG (who apparently decided that it is probably best to remain friends with the biggest boy in the schoolyard), the machinations of a devious DJR (who arranged for eGO’s failed coup) and LW’s desperate gamble with only a few minutes left. WoC has amassed quite the collection of heads at this stage, inflicting severe losses (>50,000 troops) on DJR. Congratulations guys, I hope you give NiF a run for their money next battle!

VIA have managed to survive a rather disastrous turn of events. After slowly and surely building up a modest portfolio of territories and wearing LW down, VIA were hit badly. “Shooting yourself in the foot” might be the best way to describe what happened, after waging a long and successful campaign against LW, VIA realised too late that LW provided a very convenient buffer between them and SAS. Once that buffer was gone, SAS troops flooded south, forcing VIA to sneakily move into Alaska unbeknownst to most. To be fair to VIA, this battle saw an unprecedented commitment to their allies- supporting TAR till the very end (with rumours of financial support abound), and consistently furthering WoC’s agenda. Perhaps there are laying the foundations for rock solid alliances in preparation for Battle 11..

By the end of the Battle, eGO were still hanging in there. Left with only 12 territories after following the “advice” of a certain rascal from DJR, eGO’s cunning feint designed to look like eGO were after TGG and XTRM, it soon became clear that WoC were the real target. In a rather uncoordinated fashion, DJR and eGO both proceeded to try lay the smackdown on WoC- with disastrous results! Better luck next time guys!

XTRM were pushed to the furthest reaches of TGG’s empire, with a divided army and low morale. Thankfully, they managed to weather the storm and have outperformed established clans like TAR, iK and VR.

I knew in my hearts of hearts that no matter how much I wished for an epic invasion by VR, that it was just not going to happen, despite their excellent track record in America. Looking for some easy points, VR seemed pretty content to just sit back in Greenland and let the storm rage all around them.

Undoubtedly, one of the biggest stars of last night aside from TGG's controversial mutiny, was SAS with hordes of their troops rushing into Mexico, raping everything they saw in their path. After having lost over 70% of their lands, VIA gave the WoC troops the "go" mark to get what had remained in the southern parts of the Middle America to stop SAS from slipping into #1 position. There were 2 mistakes that prevented SAS from winning it. The first one was SAS leader's pointless suicidal attacks of the Northern territory troops, which could've prevented the TGG attacks to cut deep into the heart of their lands and the second one was the failure to resupply the southern territories with more troops. Our Elite ninja squads were sent to investigate the case in more detail. The last transmission we picked up from them before receiving their dead bodies(with their sexual organs missing), was a disturbing view in Mexico City where the mercenary commander had chained his client, and abusing him in the most sadistic ways imaginable while yelling a quote from the greatest strategist the face of the earth has ever seen, Sun Tzu: "Can you imagine what I would do if I could do all I can?"
They certainly did do a lot of damage towards the end of the battle, where they took their allies LW, completely out. LW who had fought tooth and nails for their lands during every battle windows were perhaps a bit surprised. This could certainly affect their future relationship whether it be intimate or professional.

Continuing on with today's main celebrity, Sun Tzu with one of his most famous quotes: "All warfare is based on deception."
Now that's a good lesson for DJR to learn as in some opinions they were screwed and in some others they were completely outwitted. One could fail but to think that DJR who got to taste the bitterness of mutiny will seek nothing but vengeance. Their carefully laid plans to attack WoC disappeared into thin air with TGG's cunning move. With my Elite Ninja's gone and Winged Llama riding squad on another assignment, I had to personally wear my dusty mask and interview Dougle who had fled into the abandoned facilities of Shadow Moses islands(refer. Metal Gear Solid) in Alaska. With an emotional expression he said: "I don't have time to think about my rivalry with DoG anymore as I have TgG and RoF right now."

On a side note: We are currently recruiting death defying, fearless ninjas.

Tgg must rly thank ego and u guys for completly clearing the path for us, by taking away those nagging 24k ego Tr, as we asked .
Now i understand that u think we are low because we stand by WoC and fooled u a bit (a bit more actualy), but in the end from my pov we just stood by our alliance.

Mart and about "run forrest run ": we'll see who is forrest:P

had us going, although once xtrm started "attacking you" it became fairly obvious.

just was too late to do much about it

          XD

you played the political field well even if you did "bend the truth" a little bit

next battle will be interesting i guess XD

Good battle, two weeks overdue but it was nice to come top3 for once. Next battle we should have our allies back in business, with the likes of LH, RoF and now WoC I'm sure we won't do to bad.

And SaS almost won it, luckily I was stealing their 1 territories as fast as I could. I think the final gap was only like 10 spots between em.

      Yeah guys great report!

as the leader and operator of Xtreme i would like to refer to the text -
"XTRM were pushed to the furthest reaches of TGG’s empire, with a divided army and low morale. Thankfully, they managed to weather the storm and have outperformed established clans like TAR, iK and VR."
      Personally i agree. LOL :D
I would like to mention tho that =VR= were unfortunate of being placed a long way away from the battle and having joined l8er it was hard for them.
      Great Battle Guys.
Will be missing next as we have 1,137 plinks.... when we did have 700k.(Only 3 ppl in clan. 2 inactive. leaving me. DONATE YOUR PLINKIES TO ME :D)
